The aim of the Bolster is to maintain lumbar flexion when performing various manual therapy techniques outlined in the Treatment Protocol for Health Care Practitioners.
The Lumbar Spinal Stenosis Bolster can also be used to perform some of the exercises outlined in the Lumbar Spinal Stenosis Workbook and instructional videos. It can also be used for other Boot Camp Programs including, the sciatica, knee and hip osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis programs.
